we only use tracked shipping options.
our "custom sets" are uk & eu exclusive due to toy safety laws, however we have temporarily paused shipping to eu countries due to royal mail HS code complications.
Refunds & returns
We offer 14 day returns on all our physical products
your 14 day return window begins once the item arrives.
to be eligible for a return & refund the product must be un-used, custom sets must still in its original packaging & un-opened
we do not accept refunds on our digital products.
